The Level One Program

Two Locations:

Chicago Area:  Bhavana Ayurveda in La Grange, IL

Springfield, IL:  Namaste Yoga Center

The Level One program, Ayurveda Health Educator, prepares students to educate, serve, and guide their clients, students, and families in the Ayurveda way of life. This is done through diet, lifestyle, and herbal methodologies. The emphasis of Level One is on prevention and wellness, with particular emphasis on the digestive system and mental and emotional stability, as the root of all imbalances is seen to originate in the digestive system and the mind.
