We are conveniently located in the Chicago suburb of La Grange at 140 N. La Grange Road at the corner of La Grange Road and Brewster. We are two blocks north of the La Grange Metra station and one block north of Ogden Avenue (Route 34).
The Ayurveda classes are held in Suite 5 on the first floor in a 1000 sq ft natural-light-filled space dedicated to Ayurveda. The space includes a light, airy classroom; a kitchen; a fully equipped treatment room; and a retail space dedicated to Ayurveda personal care products.
We have a beautiful, clean, and quiet natural light filled Yoga studio.
Our space has an entry area, 2 washrooms, and a bodywork therapy room. Our asana room has a wooden floor. People often remark that they feel comfortable and peaceful as soon as they enter the space.
We are fully equipped with props that you might need for your practice of Yoga asana, including a rope wall. Other innovative props developed by Shree BKS Iyengar are also available for therapeutic aspects of the Yoga practice. Free Parking is available.
