The 150-hour Advanced Studies Yoga Certification Program is designed as a way for students to continue to study in depth. You may already be teaching Yoga, or wish to deepen yourknowledge of Yoga. All 150 hour program course credits may be used as a bridge to acquiring a 200 hour certification or a 300 hour certification totaling 500 hours if you are already certified at 200 hours. The 150-hour program is planned to allow students to complete the coursework in 10 months time. You will be awarded a certificate of completion after completing the 150 – hour program. You may begin your process to apply for the Introductory 1 level for the Iyengar Yoga National Association teacher certification process.
